The upgraded touch screen rotary viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on microcontroller intelligent control, using a 4.3-inch high-definition IPA touch screen, high-performance ARM processor, imported stepper motor, and driver. The motor is driven by a torque sensor to rotate the rotor at a constant speed. When the rotor experiences viscous resistance in the measured liquid, the force is fed back to the sensor, and then processed and calculated by specialized software to display the viscosity of the measured liquid on the LCD screen. This instrument adopts ARM technology, with a simple and clear operating interface, intuitive readings, and rich display content. Each range is automatically calibrated by a computer, with high measurement accuracy, stable rotation speed, and strong anti-interference performance. It is an instrument used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non Newtonian liquids. It is widely used for measuring the viscosity of various fluids such as solvent adhesives, latex, paint, coatings, cosmetics, inks, detergents, etc.
